Mharla, the Broker of Record at Vive Real Estate, has been licensed for over 20 years. She was introduced to this field by her maternal grandmother who was also a broker. Through learning how to manage her family’s apartment portfolio, while still pursuing her undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley, this sparked a desire within her to become a licensed salesperson. Since then, Mharla has achieved many accomplishments in the real estate field, including but not limited to owning her own business of renovating homes, sales, commercial and residential property management, project management, and project development. Currently, she oversees the Commercial and Sales divisions of Vive. Mharla has a vision for growth and a passion for helping others. She believes that everyone who wants a home should be able to own a home.
